V-Line SE by Auto-Trail

This little beauty is only 5.4M (17’9”) so it’s the smallest of this group. But it has all the ‘campervan’ requirements including a bathroom.

In my opinion, the Irok fits perfectly in the luxury camper van category, especially with those plush leather seats.

They seem to have done away with the electric loft bed from previous models. The bed would lower down from the roof and it was a feature that I loved!

It looks like I may have ‘jumped the gun’ and updated this post a little too early. Again, I only have a video walkthrough of the 2021 version of the Fleetwood Irok.

Renting from a Dealership vs. RVshare

Despite the fact that selection was limited, rental prices were excessive, and the customer service experience was often inconsistent, renting from a local RV dealership or from the local outlet of a national/global RV rental brand used to be the accepted method for renting an RV in the past.

Fortunately, RVshare – a peer-to-peer online RV rental platform – provides a superior alternative to the standard dealership model. With RVshare, prospective renters are connected directly to individual RV owners. Owners post their RVs for rent on the platform, and prospective renters are free to browse and compare the rental listings at their leisure. Because listings are so easy to compare, owners must price their rentals more competitively on RVshare. As such, rental rates tend to be quite a bit lower than those offered by competitors (such as dealerships).

The History of Winnebago Minnie Winnie

Winnebago was founded in 1958 as a maker of motorhomes. Then in 1973, they introduced the Minnie Winnie to their line. Built on the Dodge B-series van chassis, the first Minnie Winnie was about 19 ½ feet long. Over the years, Winnebago added longer models of the Minnie Winnie to the line. And today, they offer six versions, all of which are built on either the Ford E350 or E450 chassis.

Winnebago designed the Minnie Winnie with families in mind, so all versions can comfortably sleep at least four people. Incredibly, some floorplans can sleep up to eight people.

Known for its open floor plans, the Minnie Winnie Class C is a comfortable option for families of all sizes. All of the Minnie Winnie floor plans offer a rear bedroom and a cab-over bunk. While some offer an additional sofa bed or bunk beds!

Let’s have a look at each Minnie Winnie model as we continue our investigation into one of the most popular motorhomes ever made.
